Webflow development
your team can actually build on
Hi. I'm Federico, but everyone calls me Pele. I've spent the last four years building Webflow sites for teams who need theirs to hold up: clean structure, real documentation, and a CMS your marketing team can run without waiting on a developer.
What I Build
Four things teams keep hiring me for.
Most projects land in one of these four. Some are a single build, some run for years. I work direct, white-label through agencies, or on a monthly retainer.
CMS Architecture
Collections, references, and content models designed around how your editors actually work — structured to scale as your content does, and lean enough that performance doesn't degrade as it grows.
Component systems
Semantic, variables-based, reusable — built on the right framework for the project. Lumos, Mast, or custom. New pages added without revisiting foundations every time.
Rebuilds & rescues
Inherited a Webflow project held together with duct tape? I untangle it, restructure it, and turn it into something your team can confidently work inside.
custom code
Every platform has a ceiling. When a build hits Webflow's, I write past it: custom scripts, API integrations, animation that the designer actually needs, without turning the project into something only I can maintain.
How I Work
Straightforward process. No black boxes.
The same four steps on every project. And the person you talk to is the person building the site.
1
Understand first
A short call to map the structure, who's working inside it day to day, and what the project needs to do long term.
2
Build with documentation
Every project ships with documentation covering structure, decisions, performance considerations, and accessibility notes. Part of the job, not an afterthought.
3
Async-friendly
Loom updates, Notion docs, or whatever fits your workflow. I adapt to how the team communicates, not the other way around.
4
Built for continuity
Most of my best work happens over time. Available for ongoing arrangements. Clean transitions are planned from day one if needed instead.
Previous Work
Six builds. Some for a launch, some for years.
Full builds, rebuilds, and long-running development work. Some at estudio zen, some on my own.
